The Staff Portal application is built according to the Master Information System Planning project, issued together with the Decision No.
62/QD-ĐHV, dated January 23, 2017 of the Rector of Vinh University.Each staff and lecturer of the University is provided with a separate account to access the application.
The application provides school staff with utilities and functions aimed at:- Receive and post individual notifications;- Look up personal information;- Update and supplement authorized personal information;- Store digitized records;- Declare teaching hours and professional activities;- Declare scientific and technological activities;- Look up information about salary, teaching hours, labor norms, ...
